You may remember my friends Tyson and Ashlee from their gorgeous maternity shoot last year. Well, I finally got to meet Baby P! We had our shoot planned for months. They came into town and we headed out to Maclay Gardens. What we didn’t count on was it being 95 degrees! This was the hottest summer shoot I’ve had to date. P was a trooper, but in the end he let us know that he was ready to go! We headed back to his grandparents’ house to rehydrate and snack. We finished up our shoot in their backyard just before the bottom fell out and it started pouring. I guess that’s the thing about Florida. It’s going to get HOT but Mother Nature always finds a way to cool us back off. Side note, Mother Nature also doesn’t really care about photo shoots. At least there were no alligators!
Even though our shoot time was brief, I love these images we got. Here’s just a small handful of what ended up being a beautiful set of images. Looking forward to watching this little guy grow!
